Planning a move to Kyle -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, Median household income is $89,645, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $302,200, which seems about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Salt Lake City it's average.
