Job hunting in La Center -tips?

Hey, I work in manufacturing and Homes are going for about $549,900 on average. Median household income is $118,629, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The traffic is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Meadowbrook area are decent. Kids love it here.
