Considering La Cienega vs Chicago -help me decide

Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $417,900 on average. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input.
