Healthcare options in La Crescenta-Montrose?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $1,151,100 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned?

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much growing but now it's pretty good.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
