Housing in La Crescenta-Montrose compared to Raleigh

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 19,940 people. Household incomes average around $119,775 in La Crescenta-Montrose. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here?

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The traffic is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
