Random thought, You can expect to pay around $977 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
