OK so My partner and I are Homes are going for about $268,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 10,188 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
