Raising a family in La Grange Park -thoughts?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in legal and The median home value here is around $427,800, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots?

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.
