Things La Grulla needs to improve

OK so I'm originally from Salt Lake City and The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Rent is about $803/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Houston about 13 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are stable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
