OK so Just moved here 7 months ago and Rent is about $2,039/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
