Best and worst neighborhoods in La Habra

OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 62,233 people. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $98,158 in La Habra. Median household income is $98,158, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size
- The food scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is tough in most areas.
