OK so Just moved here 16 months ago and The median home value here is around $716,700, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $716,700 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a accountant who relocated here from San Diego about 10 years ago. The main reasons were school and family.
Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Strong sense of community
- Lots of family-friendly activities
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Can feel isolated
Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are growing, gas is decent.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Definitely worth checking out..

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it exceeded my expectations.
