Moving to La Habra for work -advice?

Hey, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
