Worst things about La Habra nobody talks about

Alright, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -La Habra sits at 224.3 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Oak Park. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Hope this helps!.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
