Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Homes are going for about $84,200 on average. The median home value here is around $84,200, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
