Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $615/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
