Studio apartments in La Mesa -options?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 18 months ago and Median household income is $84,337, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great BBQ places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
