Most overrated things about La Mirada

Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much pricey but now it's solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
