Best neighborhoods in La Palma

Hey folks, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $115,833, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do?

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The healthcare is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
