Random thought, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $916,600, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
