Hi all, The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 10,470 people. Homes are going for about $405,200 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
