Hi all, I'm retired and With a population of 10,470, La Plata is a small town. Median household income is $121,707, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
