Studio apartments in La Porte City -options?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $62,750 in La Porte City. Median household income is $62,750, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I work in tech here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much wild but now it's better than expected.
