How is the nightlife in La Presa?

First post here. I've been here for 14 years and Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 36,669, La Presa is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Old Town. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in finance. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
