Dog-friendly places in La Quinta?
Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $612,800, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
