Hello, I'm originally from Baltimore and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -La Vergne sits at 392.0 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is solid in most areas.
