Moving to La Vergne with kids -good idea?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 13 years and With a population of 38,944, La Vergne is a smaller city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 1 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
