Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $1,714 for rent here. The median home value here is around $273,700, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
