Hey folks, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and You can expect to pay around $1,714 for rent here. Household incomes average around $80,418 in La Vergne. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
