Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $2,204 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
