La Verne in the winter -how bad?

Alright, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $104,565, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $793,900, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
