Best neighborhoods to rent in La Vista?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Miami and It's a a small town city with about 16,594 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? TIA!

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
