OK so I've been here for 15 years and Homes are going for about $427,900 on average. Median household income is $87,277, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 57,088, Lacey is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
