Lacey vs Cincinnati -which is better?

So, Homes are going for about $427,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,805 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The cost of living is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Charlotte about 7 years ago. The main reasons were family and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are competitive, gas is tough.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in construction. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
