Anyone regret moving to Lackawanna?

So, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $48,185, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 19,779 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The community vibe is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
