Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and With a population of 19,779, Lackawanna is a small town. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
