Been living here since 2017. Poverty rate is 12.2%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Lacy-Lakeview sits at 253.0 per 100K. The median home value here is around $154,300, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $154,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
