Median household income is $83,031, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
