Unpopular opinion about Lady Lake

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,361/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 16,337 people. You can expect to pay around $1,361 for rent here. Homes are going for about $217,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Low crime in most areas
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- High property taxes
- Poor road conditions
- Homelessness issues downtown
- Not enough green space
Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
