Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,065/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
