Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,065/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 71°F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
