Working remotely from Lafayette — my experience
I've been working remotely from Lafayette for 7 years now. Here's my take:
The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.
Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Decent, getting better with new providers
Coworking spaces: A few good ones downtown
If you're looking for a place to WFH, Lafayette is underrated for remote workers.
