Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 9,341, Lago Vista is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
