Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 40s, and Rent is about $1,038/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
