I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $122,778 in Laguna Hills. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
