OK so Been living here since 2010. Household incomes average around $140,605 in Laguna Niguel. The median home value here is around $1,123,000, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
