Laguna Niguel in the winter -how bad?
Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,819/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,023 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Laguna Niguel? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
