Hey folks, Been living here since 2021. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $140,605, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $1,123,000, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
