Starting a business in Laguna Niguel?

Hello, I'm retired and Rent is about $2,819/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in South. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in government. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.
