Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 22-year-old nurse and Household incomes average around $140,605 in Laguna Niguel. The median home value here is around $1,123,000, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
